MANGO JUICE RECIPY

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the mangoes)
  • 1-2 cups of cold water (or ice cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional, for a tangy flavor)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mangoes:
    • Wash the mangoes thoroughly.
    • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the seed. Discard the seed.
  2. Blend the Mango:
    • Place the mango pieces in a blender.
    • Add sugar if you want to sweeten the juice further.
    • Pour in 1 cup of cold water (or add ice cubes) to start. You can add more water later if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Blend the mango mixture until smooth. If the juice is too thick, add more water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Add Lemon Juice and Salt (Optional):
    • If you like a bit of tanginess, add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
    • You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  5. Serve:
    • Pour the mango juice into glasses.
    • Serve immediately while it’s cold, or chill it in the refrigerator before serving.
  6. Garnish (Optional):
    • Garnish with a mint leaf or a slice of lemon for a decorative touch.
